Your Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll:

  • Lead a team with compassion and clarity
  • Create inclusive rotas that respect both team needs and the individuals we support
  • Champion personalised care planning and behavioural support
  • Promote a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

We’re looking for people who lead with heart and purpose — and who live our values in action.

Essential:

  • A values-driven leadership style
  • Experience supporting adults with complex behavioural need
  • Experience in Positive Behaviour Support
  • QCF Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and digital skills
  • A deep understanding of learning disabilities and complex needs
