Your Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll:
- Lead a team with compassion and clarity
- Create inclusive rotas that respect both team needs and the individuals we support
- Champion personalised care planning and behavioural support
- Promote a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
We’re looking for people who lead with heart and purpose — and who live our values in action.
Essential:
- A values-driven leadership style
- Experience supporting adults with complex behavioural need
- Experience in Positive Behaviour Support
- QCF Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Strong communication, numeracy, and digital skills
- A deep understanding of learning disabilities and complex needs
