You will deliver person centred support to meet the individual care needs of the people we support which can include personal, practical, social and domestic support.

You will be responsible for completing relevant documentation for the people being supported ensuring compliance with guidance, statutory regulation and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Caring and respectful enabling the people we support to have a high quality of life and make their own decisions
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to go the extra mile if it means making a positive difference to Service User lives
  • Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills committed to developing positive working relationships
  • Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle

You will receive training bespoke to health-related conditions enabling you to provide care and support in a safe and dignified manner to give individuals the opportunity to be independent and have access to activities and the community.
