Autonomy Plus provides individualised residential care and support to young people with learning disabilities and complex needs alongside challenging behaviour.
We are developing a Bespoke Learning Disability Service for a young man with complex and challenging needs. The position of Registered Manager is critical to the success of this venture. The successful candidate will have overall day to day management responsibility and will be fundamental to the registration process of the home and the employment of the entire staff team.
Due to the age of the young person, initial registration will be with Ofsted before needing to transfer to CQC in the future.

• 5 years experience in a Registered Managers position - LD / Complex Needs Children
• Experience of Ofsted Registration / inspection & awareness of Children’s homes regulations
• QCF Level 5
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 17 staff
• Strong communicator who will maintain relationships established with commissioners
• Knowledge of developing new bespoke services
• Knowledge of CQC regulations would be an advantage
