Contracts available: Full time, Part time and Bank
Day Shifts: 7am- 3pm / 2pm- 10pm week days & weekends

You will deliver person centred support to meet the individual care needs of the people we support which can include personal, practical, social and domestic support.
You will be responsible for completing relevant documentation for the people being supported ensuring compliance with guidance, statutory regulation and company policies and procedures.
We asked our Service Users what they like about the about the people that support them, they didn’t mention qualifications, they said they like kind, caring and happy people.

- Are caring and respectful who will enable the people we support to have a high quality of life and make their own decisions
- Are flexible and adaptable who want to go the extra mile if it means making a positive difference to Service User lives
- Are enthusiastic with excellent communication skills committed to developing positive working relationships
- Hold a valid driving license

The Oaks is a residential home in Malvern, for adults who have learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge, autism and other associated issues. The main home has accommodation for up to 6 people. There is also a separate ground floor apartment with its own facilities for two people. The ground floor apartment is suitable for those who prefer to live in a smaller setting while still benefitting from the intensive support required to meet their needs.
