Autonomy Care supports you in the community and in your own home regardless of your level of support needs.
At Autonomy Care Salisbury we offer a wide variety of care options supporting children up to senior citizens, ranging from complex learning or physical disabilities, mental health, palliative care or a hospital discharge, to assisting with essential daily life skills such as shopping. We offer round the clock support with an out-of-hours on call system in place.
We pride ourselves in offering a good flexible quality service tailored to be as unique as each of our clients. Our support is designed to promote dignity, respect and independence at all times that allows our clients to remain at home for as long as possible with no task being too big or small. We constantly monitor and review our clients care needs to promote positive outcomes and development, which also provides reassurance to extended family members. We pride ourselves in providing home care support that our clients feel confident in.
Our staff are fully trained with ongoing training and support. Our dedicated team of care workers help us to promote a culture for positive attitudes with strong values, morals, goals, and core values. We feel this is crucial to ensure that our clients feel safe and confident in our care and most of all can trust us to look after them well.
"I have found Leanne and her team at Autonomy so kind, helpful, understanding and most of all have empathy. Nothing is too much trouble and Dad has improved tremendously since being cared for."
