Support Worker (Waking Nights)

£12.00 - £12.15 an hour
Various contracts 20-45 hours

Shifts:
- 8am – 8pm, 7am - 7pm and 9.30am - 9.30pm
- 12 hour shifts
- Working alternate weekends is essential
- Full time or part time available
Job description
- Socialising with our residents and giving emotional support when needed
- Assisting with personal care with residents when required
- Complete relevant documentation for the residents you support
- Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with the home’s standards and expectations
- Administer medication to service users
- Attending meetings and undertaking training as required
- Night checks following the individual person-centred plan
- Attending wake night meetings and completing all mandatory training

Weavers Lodge is a residential home supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, that may also include a dual mental health diagnosis, to enable their successful transition into, and participation within, their local community. The home has accommodation for 8 permanent residents which is inclusive of two self-contained studios.
