Train the Trainer Programme

While all staff attend high-quality face-to-face training, selected individuals are supported to become internal trainers, delivering courses to their colleagues.
We believe every colleague has the potential to grow in a way that reflects their strengths and ambitions. Whether you aspire to progress into leadership or feel passionate about sharing your knowledge with others, we will support you to achieve your goals. Our development pathways are designed to empower you — giving you the opportunity to step into leadership roles, influence practice, or become a skilled trainer who inspires and develops others. By investing in your growth, we create not only confident professionals, but a culture where expertise is shared, talent is nurtured, and everyone plays a part in shaping the future of care
