Autonomy Care Group is supporting an exciting adventure to raise money to aid Stepping Stones District Specialist Centre. Stepping Stones is a charity based locally, in Trowbridge, Wiltshire and supports pre-school children aged 0 to 5 years who have special needs. Jen, our Marketing Coordinator, has just come back from Mount Everest Base Camp after raising over £4K in donations towards their new garden.

Stepping Stones needs to update and upgrade their garden area that is now over 10 years old. They want to be able to improve the existing garden by making it a safe and stimulating outdoor play area for the children to access all year round.
Autonomy Care Group and Jen have chosen to contribute the ‘Get Set Go blocks’ which will be customised by a company for their garden space, for children of all ages and abilities to enjoy. The blocks are safe but versatile for climbing and adventures, but will also have balancing blocks for added safe fun - and we are thrilled to raise funds to help contribute towards this feature in their new garden! We would appreciate it if you could give up your beer/takeaway money just for one evening to give to this great project and make a difference to our target.

So, any donations would be wonderful! We’d like to assure you that 100% of your donation will be going to Stepping Stones and we would like to thank people in advance for all their support and donations - no matter how big or small. Our Fundraising link will be live until May 31st 2022.

GARDEN PROJECT UPDATE: Stepping Stones have now completed phase 1 and 2 of their garden project and you can see from the pictures added in the slideshow below what a difference it has made. The children are benefitting so much already from the new facilities which is great to see!

The May 50K

Our senior support worker Simon from Haresfield is taking on a mammoth 50K throughout May and leaving his limits behind to raise essential funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments!
Simon has said “I'm doing this as not only is it an incredibly worthy cause, but someone very special to me has MS. Any positive impact - no matter how little or how small is worth doing and for this person I would walk to the end of the earth let alone 50k! So please donate if you are able - no matter how small and please help me reach my £250 target.”
Thank you everyone! All the details are in the link attached 👇
