We’re a warm and welcoming residential home in the heart of Malvern, supporting 8 individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs to live full and meaningful lives. Now, we're looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly and dynamic team.

A UK Driving License is essential for this role.

What your role as a Support Worker will look like:

  • Personal Care Champion: Support individuals with daily routines such as getting dressed, bathing, and enjoying nourishing meals – always promoting dignity and choice.
  • Activity Enthusiast: Help plan and take part in engaging activities like arts and crafts, music sessions, community outings, or movie nights – building confidence, skills, and happiness.
  • Life Skills Coach: Encourage independence by supporting individuals to develop everyday skills, from cooking and cleaning to managing their own health and wellbeing.
  • Health & Wellness Guardian: Observe and report health needs, helping to ensure everyone remains safe, comfortable, and well-supported.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Work closely with colleagues to create personalised care plans that reflect each person’s unique strengths, interests, and goals.

Shift patterns:

  • Full-time or bank roles available
  • 8am – 8pm
  • Weekend working is essential
